JEMCO Properties Inc. was established in 1986 by Doug Leff, who has played a pivotal role in shaping the appraisal landscape in Ohio. In 1991, he distinguished himself as one of the first professionals to earn a state-certified general appraiser license, marking a significant milestone in his career.
